Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings (NCLH) is seeking a Product Manager for Hotel Onboard Apps to own the lifecycle of shipboard hotel applications, partnering with IT, hotel operations, and guest-experience teams to deliver a reliable onboard software portfolio.

You will drive KPIs, collaborate with vendors, and oversee prioritization and delivery to support guest experiences and ship operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboard hotel applications.
• Coordinate with Hotel Operations and Guest Experience to define requirements and priorities.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure alignment with the product roadmap and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
