Job summary

Disney Cruise Line is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to lead Crew relations, performance management and HR initiatives aboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel. You will report to the Manager, Human Resources (shipboard) and influence leaders across the shipboard community.

You will develop leadership capabilities, implement HR programs, and ensure an inclusive, high-performing onboard environment. This role requires willingness to live and work at sea.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience in at least one functional area.
• Minimum of one year in employee relations and/or performance management concepts.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role.

Responsibilities

• Delivers key shipboard HR functions—Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations and Learning & Development.
• Partners with shipboard leaders to drive leadership development and tailored training.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities in training, communication and organizational effectiveness.
• Support change management initiatives and provide tools for effective execution.
