Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of formal HR experience in at least one functional area (e.g., learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee relations).
• Experience in employee relations and/or performance management concepts and practices.

Responsibilities

• Delivers shipboard HR functions including compensation & benefits, employee relations and learning & development.
• Acts as a strategic partner to leadership and a trusted advisor to Crew.
• Supports implementation of organizational projects and change management strategies on board.
