Disney Cruise Line in the United States is seeking a Shipboard Human Resources Manager to support Crew employee relations, performance management, and HR initiatives aboard a Disney vessel.

You will report to the Manager, Human Resources (shipboard) and partner with shipboard leaders to deliver HR services, strengthen leadership behaviors, and foster a fair, inclusive, high‑performing onboard environment. This role requires willingness to live at sea and uphold safety responsibilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of formal Human Resources experience in at least one functional area (e.g., learning and development, compensation & benefits, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning & administration)
• Minimum of one year experience in employee relations and/or performance management concepts and practices
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership and/or Operations role

Responsabilidades

• Deliver HR functions including Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, and Learning and Development on shipboard
• Act as a strategic partner to leadership and a resource to Crew for a fair, inclusive, high‑performing workplace
• Collaborate with shipboard leaders to strengthen leadership behaviors and implement development strategies
• Support change management initiatives and ensure effective execution of HR projects onboard the vessel
