American Cruise Lines is hiring Housekeepers for the 2026 season to work aboard our ships as part of the shipboard hotel team. You will maintain guest rooms, facilities, and public areas, and may assist with embarkation and events to represent the brand.

This temporary, full-time position runs up to 28 weeks, with weekly pay and bonuses. Travel, room and board, uniforms, and training are provided, supporting a career path in hospitality aboard America's ships.

Qualifications

• You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and an American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test for shipboard employees (including Marijuana).
• Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited on board.
• American Cruise Lines grooming standards limit visible tattoos and piercings.
• Temporary employment position not to extend beyond 28 weeks of shipboard work.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain an environment that is clean, safe, and attractive for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas around the ship.
• Acknowledge guests by name and handle housekeeping inquiries and service requests according to standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies.
• Clean spills and notify management of maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash.
• Clean upholstered furniture and lounge spaces.
• Greet guests on embarkation and assist with events when needed.
