Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping service requests per standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Organize inventory and stock linen and supplies.
• Clean spills and notify management of maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash; clean upholstered furniture and lounges.
• Engage guests and assist with special events and embarkation greetings.
