American Cruise Lines is hiring Housekeepers for the 2026 season to work aboard our shipboard hotel, providing hospitality and representing our brand. You’ll help keep staterooms and public areas clean and welcoming throughout a 28-week assignment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Citizen or Green Card holder required.
• Pre-employment drug testing for shipboard employees.
• Grooming standards including tattoos and piercings policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, safe, attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize comfort and cleanliness of staterooms, facilities and common areas.
• Acknowledge guests by name and respond to housekeeping inquiries per service standards.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors; organize inventory and supplies.
• Handle spills with proper equipment and notify maintenance as needed.
• Collect and dispose of trash; clean upholstery and lounge spaces.
• Greet guests on embarkation and assist during events when required.
