American Cruise Lines is hiring Housekeepers for the 2026 season to work aboard ships in a shipboard hotel, delivering exceptional hospitality and representing the brand. This is a temporary role, up to 28 weeks, with duties including maintaining clean staterooms, facilities, and public spaces, and assisting with events as needed.

Wages range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with travel, room and board, uniforms, and training provided. Applicants must be at least 18, be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for all shipboard employees.
• Alcohol consumption is prohibited on board for safety and service standards.
• Grooming standards limit visible tattoos and piercings.
• This is a temporary position up to 28 weeks of shipboard work.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamic shipboard environment.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for guests.
• Prioritize cleanliness of staterooms, facilities, and common areas.
• Acknowledge guests by name and address housekeeping requests per standards.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Inventory control and stocking of linen and supplies.
• Clean spills and notify management of maintenance needs.
• Collect and dispose of trash; clean upholstered areas.
• Engage guests and accommodate housekeeping requests efficiently.
• May assist with embarkation greetings and special events.
