ISMIRA Agency actively recruits for Explorers Staff to support Viking Ocean Cruises, delivering friendly, personalized front-desk service and assisting with shore excursions at ports of call.

Responsibilities include embarkation processing, guest assistance, payments handling, and coordinating tours, ensuring high service standards aboard the ship. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in a front-of-house role at a five-star hotel or resort.
• Shipboard experience preferred.
• Fluent in English with excellent spoken and written communication; another language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process guests at embarkation and check-in according to procedures.
• Assist Pursers with immigration formalities when needed.
• Manage onboard payments, cash handling and guest account queries.
• Escort guests on shore excursions and coordinate bookings.
