Job summary

ISMIRA Agency is actively recruiting for the position of 1st Receptionist for TUI Cruises aboard their river ships. The role supervises the front office and guest services, handling check-ins and check-outs and coordinating with the Hotel Manager.

Candidates should have advanced English, ship experience preferred, and be highly organized. The contract is seasonal with food and accommodation provided, medical insurance on board, and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Senior receptionist experience or front desk supervision preferred.
• Ship experience is a plus.
• Advanced level of English, spoken and written.
• Experience in bookkeeping and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations and guest services.
• Supervise front desk personnel; coordinate schedules.
• Assist the Hotel Manager when required.
• Prepare and submit port reports for arrivals and departures.
• Oversee onboard boutique management and inventory control.
• Handle guest complaints professionally.
