Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications.
• Excellent public speaking and guest engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute entertaining programs on board; coordinate shore excursions.
• Communicate daily program to guests; act as brand ambassador.
• Oversee logistics with vendors and ensure timely service.
• Greet guests and participate in onshore excursions; manage guest satisfaction.
