• Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, tourism, or event management preferred.
• Strong public speaking skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute engaging entertainment, enrichment and activity programs that enhance the guest experience.
• Communicate with guests via shipboard daily programs and PA system.
• Be well-versed in cruise regions, ports of call and excursions offered.
• Coordinate logistics with vendors, guides, and operators for timely service.
• Oversee shore excursion inventory, transfers and invoicing.
• Greet guests and accompany them on daily excursions as brand ambassador.
• Promote onboard sales and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with the Hotel General Manager and home office.
