Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent degree is required.
• Master's degree in Engineering or P.E. is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Power and Controls Engineering is required.

Responsibilities

• Safety Leadership: lead the team and ensure safety trainings are completed on time.
• Develop ship power and controls systems across disciplines and with subcontractors or customers.
• Perform reliability/risk assessments and systems engineering tasks, including requirements analyses and budgeting.
• Interface with Navy, design teams, procurement, and other stakeholders to support manufacturing and testing.
