American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, seeks Dishwashers for the 2027 season to work aboard our ships in the galley, ensuring proper sanitation of all wares and providing an outstanding dining experience.

This temporary role spans up to 28 weeks with opportunities to participate in events and guest interactions. Benefits include travel, room and board, uniforms, and training, with weekly wages ranging from $1,000 to $1,400 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Pre-employment drug test is required for shipboard employees.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of the galley including cutlery, glassware, dishes, and surrounding areas.
• Receive and carry food deliveries which require lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure the commercial dishwasher is operating properly and report any maintenance issues to management.
• Create genuine rapport with guests and cater to galley requests efficiently.
• May perform additional duties such as greeting guests, assisting during special events, and supporting evening entertainment.
