American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Dishwashers for the 2026 season. You will work in our shipboard galley to ensure sanitation of all cutlery, glassware, and dishes. This temporary position lasts up to 28 weeks and includes living aboard on a cruise ship.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Pre-employment drug test required for shipboard employees.
• Grooming standards apply, with limitations on tattoos and piercings.
• Temporary employment for up to 28 weeks aboard ship.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of galley, cutlery, glassware, and dishes.
• Receive and carry food deliveries, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Operate and report issues with the commercial dishwasher.
• Greet guests and assist during events and special occasions.
• Perform other duties as needed during galley operations.
