Job summary

American Cruise Lines, the largest U.S. cruise company, is hiring Dishwashers for the 2026 season. You will work in our shipboard galley to ensure the proper sanitation of all pieces needed to provide an outstanding dining experience.

This is a temporary position where we challenge you to work onboard for 28 weeks. Wages range from $1,000 to $1,400 per week, with additional bonuses. With all major living expenses covered aboard, you have an extraordinary chance to save your earnings and travel

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• American citizen or Green Card holder.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
• Pre-employment drug test required; alcohol prohibition on shipboard.
• Grooming standards apply; temporary 28-week term.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, cutlery, glassware, and dishes.
• Receive and carry food deliveries up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure dishwasher operates properly and report issues.
• Develop rapport with guests and fulfill galley requests.
• May assist with embarkation greetings and during events.
