Job summary

American Cruise Lines is hiring Dishwashers for the 2027 season. You will work in the shipboard galley to sanitize all ware for an outstanding dining experience. This is a temporary onboard role for 28 weeks with housing, meals, uniforms, and training provided.

Responsibilities include keeping the galley and dishes pristine, receiving deliveries up to 50 lbs, and ensuring the dishwasher runs smoothly. Opportunities to assist during events and embarkation greetings may arise.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
• Under Federal Law pre-employment drug test including Marijuana and other substances.
• Alcohol consumption on shipboard is strictly prohibited.
• Grooming standards restrict tattoos and piercings.
• Temporary employment, not to exceed 28 weeks onboard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of galley, cutlery, glassware, and dishes.
• Receive and carry food deliveries; boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Ensure dishwasher operates properly and report issues.
• Interact with guests to provide excellent service in galley.
• May assist with embarkation greeting and special events.
