Job summary

American Cruise Lines seeks an Assistant Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager aboard our ships for the 2026 season. You will supervise hotel operations, dining, housekeeping, guest services, and crew development to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction.

This exempt, full-time role requires 3+ years of hotel management experience, a hospitality degree preferred, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Hotel & Restaurant Management preferred.
• Business degree may be considered with management/hospitality experience.
• Military experience may be considered with management/hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator under the Hotel Manager.
• Assist Hotel Manager and Dining Room Manager during meals.
• Perform duties of Hotel General Manager when needed on ship.
• Oversee crew orientation, scheduling, and discipline.
• Ensure cleanliness of staterooms and public spaces.
