A premier American cruise operator is looking for an Assistant Hotel Manager in Portland, Oregon for the 2026 season. This full-time position involves supervising hotel operations onboard, ensuring service excellence, and managing the hotel team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management and at least three years of management experience in a similar environment. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain high standards of service, and be visibly present for guests and crew.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including long days for extended periods of time.
• US Coast Guard regulated pre-employment drug test is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Service Coordinator.
• Assist Hotel Manager and perform duties when off-ship.
• Oversee bar operations and manage inventory.
