Job summary

A leading cruise line company in the United States is seeking an Assistant Hotel Manager to support the Hotel Manager in overseeing the hotel department and ensuring high-quality service for guests. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of management experience, preferably in hospitality, and must demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining cleanliness standards, and providing superior guest satisfaction throughout the cruise experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years management experience at a full-service hotel, resort, or cruise ship.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Available to travel and work a flexible schedule including extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist Hotel Manager in managing the hotel department for service excellence.
• Supervise hotel management team, maintaining service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness of staterooms and public areas.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or Hotel & Restaurant Management

Business degree with management and hospitality experience

Military experience with management and hospitality experience
