RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is hiring an Integrated Product Team Lead for the Ship Systems Integration and Sustainment SSIS SSBU. This onsite role manages systems engineering, hardware and ship networks across Zumwalt, Dual Band Radar, MK99 Fire Control, and AEGIS Sustainment, coordinating with the U.S.

Navy and stakeholders. The position requires a STEM degree with 12+ years of experience, EVMS certification, PM Level 6 certification within 12 months, and an active

Competenze

• Bachelor’s in STEM with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• EVMS Certified.
• Raytheon PM Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and complex projects.
• Ability to travel to multiple Raytheon and customer locations.

Mansioni

• Manage design changes including modernization, new development, and Engineering Change Proposals.
• Support definition of potential new program capabilities for Navy funding requests.
• Coordinate with waterfront engineers for updates and short-term solutions.
• Engage factory/Depot personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
• Oversee cost and schedule, staffing forecasts, risks & opportunities.
• Support growth through proposals and process improvements.
• Represent engineering directorates and lead a team delivering systems, mechanical, electrical engineering and safety.
• Manage a team of over 125 hardware and system engineers.
