RTX’s Naval Power Engineering Execution Team seeks an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for Ship Systems Integration and Sustainment (SSIS). This onsite role manages systems engineering, hardware design and ship network design across programs like Zumwalt and AEGIS sustainment, coordinating with the Navy and stakeholders to deliver hardware updates.

The role requires a STEM degree with 12+ years’ experience, EVMS, and a Secret clearance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 12+ years of relevant experience.
• EVMS Certified.
• PM Level 6 Certification within 12 months of starting the role.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience preparing both technical and cost proposals.
• Willingness to travel to multiple Raytheon and customer locations.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance.

Mansioni

• Manage the execution of design changes, including modernization tech refresh and new development.
• Coordinate with Program Managers, the U.S. Navy, and stakeholders to update hardware design proposals.
• Lead hardware/networking development and maintenance activities across SSIS programs.
• Oversee ROMs/proposals and engineering change processes; support manufacturing and waterfront teams.
• Manage cost/schedule, staffing forecasts, and risk tracking for the SSIS program.
• Support growth through proposals and continuous improvement of processes and tools.
• Represent engineering directorates and lead a team delivering systems, mechanical, electrical engineering and safety.
• Supervise a team of over 125 hardware and system engineers.
