RTX is seeking an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL) for the Ship Systems Integration and Sustainment (SSIS) portfolio. The role oversees systems engineering, hardware and ships network design across programs such as Zumwalt and AEGIS Sustainment.

This onsite position is based in Portsmouth, RI or Tewksbury, MA, with travel to Raytheon and customer locations. Requires a Secret clearance and US citizenship.

Competenze

• Bachelors in STEM and minimum 12 years of relevant experience.
• EVMS Certified.
• Raytheon PM Level 6 Certification or ability to obtain within 12 months.
• Experience leading large (25+) cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience preparing both technical and cost proposals.
• Willingness to travel to various Raytheon and customer locations.
• Active and transferable U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance before start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Mansioni

• Manage the execution of design changes including modernization tech refresh and new development and ECPs.
• Support customer in defining and assessing potential new program capabilities, including inputs to Navy funding requests.
• For hardware maintenance needs, communicate with waterfront engineers for updates and short-term solutions.
• Engage with factory and Depot personnel to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing engineering issues.
• Support SSIS program management of cost and schedule, staffing forecasts, AOP, Risks & Opportunities, etc.
• Support SSIS growth through proposals and deployment of people, processes and tools.
• Represent interests of multiple engineering directorates across the program and lead a team delivering systems, mechanical, electrical, and safety.
• Manage a team of over 125 hardware and system engineers.
