Qualifications

• Experience in ship modernization or related field.
• Knowledge of Navy standards and operational requirements.
• Active DoD Secret clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of ship modernization projects.
• Ensure modernization efforts are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance during the modernization process.
• Ensure compliance with Navy standards and specifications.
• Act as primary point of contact between Navy and contractors/vendors.
• Facilitate communication among engineering, logistics, and ship crews.
• Monitor modernization activities to ensure quality and safety.
• Conduct inspections and evaluations of completed work.
