Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct ship checks onboard Navy vessels.
• Identify interferences impacting the planning process.
• Document ship checks with details and photos.

Skills

Physical ability to climb ladders

Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment

Self-starter

Knowledge of Navy ship compartmentation

Comprehensive writing and communication skills

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe programs

Knowledge of Navy Structural, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical systems

Education

High school diploma or GED

Technical/vocational education

Associates Degree or higher preferred
