Job summary

Massachusetts eHealth Institute (MeHI) seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead the SHINE-HT program for FQHCs across Massachusetts. You will drive piloting and rollout of health tech, manage partners, and align with federal grant goals and state procurement policies.

The role requires coordination with MeHI leadership, travel within Massachusetts, and a two-day-per-week in-office presence at Westborough. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of program and/or project management experience.
• Proven knowledge of community health centers’ missions, goals, and needs.
• Experience managing or working on federal grants.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with eligible grant applicants and Implementation Partners.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to align SHINE-HT with RHTP goals.
• Implement and scale SHINE-HT program for piloting and rollout of health tech at FQHCs.
• Oversee procurement, selection of FQHCs to pilot technologies and use cases.
• Oversee pre-qualification and management of Implementation Partners.
• Collaborate with directors to design incentive and consulting grants within SHINE-HT.
• Understand MassTech procurement, contracting, and invoicing policies and coordinate with legal/finance.
• Catalog and comply with state and federal reporting requirements for SHINE-HT.
