Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of operations supervision experience in warehousing or distribution.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan, Red Prairie).
• Experience resolving and preventing safety-related issues in warehousing/distribution.
• Ability to maintain high level of detail and data integrity while executing responsibilities.
• Ability to partner with colleagues at all levels to drive priorities.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee all site operations during your shift, including warehouse, inventory control, personnel leadership, and customer expectations.
• Coordinate all operational activities required for timely and efficient distribution of products to a diverse customer base.
• Responsible for the storage, inventory management, and distribution of finished goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory transaction records by completing daily cycle counts and performing root cause analysis to identify and prevent future non-conformance issues.
• Ensure maximum return on investment through effective operational performance and the successful completion of assigned projects.
• Administer performance management program.
• Evaluate and recommend training resources to support employee development.
• Follow corporate policies to meet both short and long term goals regarding safety, performance, and compliance.
• Maintain adherence to health and safety standards.
