Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in warehouse, distribution, shipping, or logistics with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple responsibilities, and make sound operational decisions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
• Experience with ERP systems, warehouse management systems, and shipping software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse shift to ensure productivity, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.
• Actively participate in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling.
• Assign daily work and adjust staffing based on needs.
• Verify order accuracy and shipping methods prior to shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and documentation in company systems.
• Oversee receiving, stocking, movement, and cycle counts.
• Maintain accurate ERP and warehouse management records.
• Coach and develop Warehouse Clerks; conduct evaluations and discipline as needed.
• Identify issues and escalate to Operations Manager when necessary.
• Ensure safety and compliance with SOPs and certification requirements.
• Communicate staffing, performance, inventory, and customer impact to leadership.
• Support peak periods with coverage adjustments.
