Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy essential.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn ERP and shipping systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; team lifting for heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and shipping methods prior to shipment.
• Prepare shipping labels, packing lists, and documentation using shipping systems.
• Meet productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets for warehouse tasks.
• Pull product from inventory and stage shipments for processing.
• Stock, replenish, and move materials using warehouse processes.
• Maintain accurate inventory transactions in ERP and warehouse systems.
