• Transport Manager CPC qualification.
• Experience streamlining daily operations for efficiency and service levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead a safe, legally compliant, customer-focused operation during shifts.
• Act as Operator Licence holder and ensure transport compliance.
• Deploy colleagues, equipment and assets to maximise productivity.
• Coach and develop colleagues with regular feedback and performance reviews.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate priorities and performance across the site to foster collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, productivity and efficiency.
• Own colleague engagement, wellbeing and recognition to build a high-performing team.
