Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and driver assistants ensuring timely departures and accurate flight assignments.
• Coordinate activities between kitchen, crew, and dock operations to meet schedule.
• Ensure safety procedures and airport badging requirements are followed.
• Train and coach staff, manage performance and corrective actions with HR.
• Prepare management reports on attendance, labor, and productivity.
