Job summary

Compal USA Technology Inc. is seeking a Shift Test Manager to lead test and repair operations on a 24/7 shift in Hutto, TX. You will own shift execution, drive throughput and yield, and manage a team of Test Supervisors, Technicians, and Specialists to meet targets.

The role requires 7–10+ years in manufacturing test or operations with 3–5+ years of leadership, and proficiency in KPI-driven management. This full-time position reports to the Site Test Operations Manager and offers strong growth

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in manufacturing test or operations.
• 3–5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong people management and leadership skills.
• KPI-driven manufacturing environment experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive shift execution to meet production plan, takt time, and output targets.
• Monitor KPIs, ensure timely actions and accountability.
• Lead and develop supervisors and technicians on the shift.
• Ensure proper staffing, coverage, and effective shift handoffs.
• Manage real-time issues with containment and escalation.
• Oversee repair operations to reduce TTR and retest loops.
• Collaborate with Test Engineering, Product Engineering and Manufacturing to improve efficiency and yield.
• Provide structured feedback into NPI and continuous improvement.
