Compal USA Technology Inc. seeks a Test & Repair Operations Supervisor to lead frontline test and repair activities in a high‑volume manufacturing environment.

You will supervise technicians, drive adherence to standard work, and serve as the primary escalation point for production issues. The role balances people leadership, operational discipline, and production support, ensuring safe, efficient, and consistent execution of test and repair tasks while pursuing continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in manufacturing test, repair, or production operations.
• 2–4+ years of people leadership or supervisory experience.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute daily production plans and attainment of output targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop technicians to improve performance.
• Coordinate containment and escalation of production, test, and repair issues.
• Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement activities to boost efficiency.
