Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Shift Team Leader to assist the Restaurant Team Leader in daily store operations at our Chicago location. You will help drive guest satisfaction, supervise front-of-house and back-of-house tasks, and ensure compliance with food safety standards while supporting environmental initiatives.

Ideal candidates are team players who are willing to learn, adapt in a fast-growing setting, and have open availability.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist RTL with store profitability and smooth operations.
• Train and coach employees.
• Enforce policies and uphold DOH standards.
• Ensure customer service is outstanding and environment is customer-centric.
• Maintain FOH/BOH cleanliness and prep line.
• Perform daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, inventory and reports.
• Support environmental initiatives like waste reduction and recycling.
