Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee store operations, coach front and back-of-house teams, and uphold the brand’s health and sustainability mission. You will ensure profitability, staff development, and impeccable guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead by example, manage schedules, payroll, and inventory, and drive adherence to policies while delivering a positive guest experience and compliant food service operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant management or quick service.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coach/develop employees.
• thrives in high-volume environments and maintains a positive attitude.
• Computers: Word and Excel proficiency.
• Experience with P&Ls is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Weekend shifts required.
• Minimum 50-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability and operational standards.
• Train, develop, and coach staff (Tell, Show, Do Review).
• Ensure effective communication and staff compliance with policies.
• Maintain customer-centric service quality and store presentation.
• Keep store clean and compliant with health codes (DOH).
• Maintain positive Morale and work environment.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reporting.
• Manage food and labor to protect service and quality.
