Job summary

Just Salad is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to manage store operations, coach front and back of house teams, and uphold Just Salad’s standards and environmental initiatives. RTLs report to the Area Team Leader and will drive profitability through staffing, training, and rigorous execution.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced environment, strong communication, and a commitment to customer service. Flexible schedule and daily pay options are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Food Handlers Certification required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Impeccable service standards and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and coach employees.
• Strong problem-solving in a high-volume environment.
• Computer skills including Word and Excel.
• Experience with P&Ls.
• Able to lift up to 20 pounds.
• Minimum one weekend shift per month.
• Minimum 50-hour work week.
• Ability to receive and apply feedback.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Strong communication with customers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store profitability and operating standards.
• Train, develop, and coach staff (Tell, Show, Do, Review).
• Maintain effective communication across teams.
• Ensure policy and procedure compliance and service standards.
• Foster a customer-centric service environment.
• Keep store clean and products well presented, compliant with DOH.
• Maintain store morale and positive work environment.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reports.
• Balance food and labor to sustain service and quality.
