Job summary

Just Salad in Chicago is seeking a Shift Team Leader to assist the Restaurant Team Leader in overseeing daily store operations, delivering excellent guest service, and contributing to environmental initiatives. You will help train staff, ensure policy compliance, and maintain a safe, clean, and efficient dining area.

You will support scheduling, payroll, inventory, and reports while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Team Leader with store profitability and smooth operations.

• Oversee cleanliness and sanitation to keep FOH and BOH up to code.
• Assist with cooking in BOH when needed and manage line items.
• Maintain store morale and a positive work environment.
• Handle administrative tasks: scheduling, payroll, inventory, reporting, and orders.
