Applegreen is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New Jersey to lead on-shift team members, ensure top-tier customer service, and enforce brand standards. You’ll manage cash handling, POS operations, and daily checklists while upholding food safety and procedural guidelines.

The role involves training new hires, maintaining product knowledge, and coordinating with plaza leadership to address issues. Strong reliability and flexible hours are required.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsabilités

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following policies.
• Ensure proper food handling and stock, labeling, dating and storage.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Train new team members and follow brand standards.
