Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure policy adherence.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and ensure quality, productivity, and safety.
• Serve as the main contact for time-off requests and employee concerns.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
