Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring for a full-time Shift Supervisor at Vanguard University in Costa Mesa, CA. The role directs associates during a shift, ensures tasks meet policy standards, and supports a safe, productive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate worker performance, reward high performers and address underperformers.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the point of contact for employee concerns or time-off requests.
• Mentor and develop employees to encourage advancement.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
