Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring a Shift Supervisor at Concordia University in Irvine, CA. The role directs associates during a shift and ensures completion of assigned tasks per policy.

The position is full-time, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM; prior food and beverage service, inventory, and scheduling experience are required. Compensation ranges from $24 to $28 per hour and includes benefits.

• Previous food and beverage service, inventory, and scheduling experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
