Job summary

The position requires prior food and beverage service, inventory, and scheduling experience. Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a pay range of $24.00 to $28.00 per hour and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in food and beverage service, inventory control, and scheduling is required.
• Ability to train associates and create work schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks are completed per policy.
• Evaluate employee performance and address disciplinary matters as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management to ensure quality, productivity, and safety targets.
• Serve as point of contact for employees with complaints or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
