Responsibilities

• Supervising shifts and maintaining high standards of quality, service and cleanliness with focus on profitability.
• Coordinating staff training with crew trainers on safety, security and training.
• Maintaining cooperative working relationships between management and crew.
• Conducting crew meetings prior to shift to discuss procedures and promotions.
• Controlling payroll to meet labor cost standards.
• Controlling inventory to meet food cost standards.
• Maintaining reports and records in compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining building and equipment via proper operating, cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Handling cash for the shift, including deposits and proper cash procedures.
• Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Enforcing sanitation, safety and security policies throughout shift.
• Demonstrating company mission and values in actions and behavior.
• Performing other tasks as directed by management.
