Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR in Boise, Idaho. The role oversees a single shift, directs associates, ensures policy compliance, and supports daily operational goals. Schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, with possible variation during interviews.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
