Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring for a Shift Supervisor on a full-time and part-time basis at our Idaho facility. Schedules run Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with weekends required. The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service setting and offers training and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in a food service setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure that job expectations are met.
• Train staff and create work schedules; evaluate performance and reward or correct as needed.
• Prepare production or sales reports to help management monitor quality and productivity.
• Serve as the main point of contact for employee questions or time-off requests.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
