• Previous food service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure tasks meet policy and quality standards.
• Provide training and create work schedules for team members.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports to help management meet quality, productivity and safety targets.
• Serve as a primary contact for employee requests and time-off needs.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement; perform other duties as assigned.
