Job summary

Compass Group USA is hiring immediately for full and part-time Shift Supervisor positions at Idaho State University, Pocatello. Direct the activities of associates during a shift, ensure that job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

Responsibilities

• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor employees and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
