The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare an employee for higher supervisory roles, such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs assigned work to develop skills in operations and management, learns about building customer loyalty through exceptional service, and understands CVS/pharmacy culture.
Upon successful completion of training, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisor roles. These leadership positions support store management by driving store performance, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining excellent customer service, especially when no manager is onsite.
Deductive reasoning, analytical skills, computer proficiency, and advanced communication skills. Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
Anticipated weekly hours: 40
Time type: Full-time
Pay range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience, education, and location.
