Upon successful completion, trainees are considered for promotion to key leadership roles that support store operations and customer service.

Essential Functions

• Utilize deductive reasoning, analytical, and computer skills.
• Communicate effectively with store management and staff.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
