Position Summary

The Shift Supervisor Trainee role is an entry-level, short-term position designed to prepare employees for higher-level supervisory roles such as Operations Supervisor or Shift Supervisor. The trainee performs work as directed to build skills, completes basic operations and management training, and learns about key aspects of the business, including building customer loyalty through exceptional service and CVS/pharmacy culture.

Upon successful completion of the training, trainees are considered for promotion to open supervisory positions. These roles support the store management team in driving store performance and building customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, the supervisor leads store staff, ensures smooth operations, and completes opening and closing procedures.

Essential Functions

5. Maintain customer confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail experience.

Education

High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Anticipated Weekly Hours: 25

Time Type: Part time

Pay Range: $16.00 - $23.00 per hour, depending on experience, education, and location.
